- Once your order has been placed it can not be cancelled so do please check that you are happy with delivery timescales first. If you change your mind once the order has been placed, you will be able to return it (as per below) once it has arrived with yourself.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- In the event of an item arriving faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of your wish to return the item.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
- We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge (excluding faulty items)
- The original delivery charge will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
- Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them carefully and for your protection we recommend you send them recorded delivery.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

- Pay in 30 days: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. - Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in 30 days is only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
